Hi im Blake, I'm a South Australian based wedding filmmaker. I shot my first wedding back in 2019 for a friend who needed a last minute filmmaker, little did i know this would ignite a passion for capturing the best day of peoples lives. I focus on documenting couples stories with an emphasis on creating work that embodies how they felt, I have truely found the thing I love to do.
My approach is simple, create fun, natural and nostalgic films that feel like home and showcase not only the incredible day but the story that led to this day taking place. If you're after a filmmaker who will capture your day just as you remembered it with all the warmth and excitement then let's create something incredible together.

2015 was the year I purchased my first camera. this was the start to my obsession with filmmaking

2019 was the year I was asked last minute by a friend to film their wedding. i'd never shot one before but none the less I did it, and it changed everything...

2021
With my new found passion for filming weddings I decided to change my business to focus solely on weddings, thus the name change to Blake Allan Weddings. this began the cycle of trying to make the best wedding films I possibly could.
in 2018 I started Blake Allan Media, a video production company where I mainly did corporate and realestate work.

Which leads us here, I absolutely love what I do and I wouldn't trade it for a thing. Being able to tell a couples story and encapsulate their day makes mine.
